We love to cater coffee to weddings and build relationships with the venue and event planners. Starting from day one, we be at your side throughout the entire process. We will gather the details of the number of guests, locations, event date, and time. Whether you need a standalone coffee bar, hot chocolate bar, or full espresso bar, we have you covered. We ensure that your coffee bar is set up on time and in the proper location.
Want to add that extra touch? Match your cups, lids, straws, napkins, sleeves to your wedding’s theme. Our pricing is affordable and can easily be customized to meet all your specific needs. Rivas Coffee understands how meticulous a wedding can be and will patiently work your caterer, event planner, and/or bride to provide the best coffee catering services on your special day. We will leave a unique impression on your guests that will be memorable for years to come.
One uniformed barista will arrive for load-in/setup an hour before your event, be ready to serve for the duration of your event, with clean-up/load-out completed no later than 1 hour after the event has ended.
All coffee catering services include 2 hours of serving (besides our mobile coffee self serve option). However, if you require longer hours, extra fees apply.
